Even though we have purchased Project Configurator, I am unable to re-load it into JIRA.
Our setup had a JIRA instance on my laptop and a JIRA instance on our VM. The VM Jira got wiped out and I am not able to load either an evaluation copy or our purchased copy onto my lapto instance so that I can restore the data onto our VM JIRA
JIRA seems to ignore the PC Plugin I saved and demands that I get a new maintenance update instead of allowing me to just imput my license. I'm fact, there is not option to paste a license.
If I try to download a plugin from the store directly into JIRA I'm told my "evaluation license has expired" and my purchase a license . . . .which I already have.

I can confirm that the licensing for Project Configurator has not changed and would ask if that if you are still having issues installing the plugin that you create a support request inside of our support portal here(https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/37) so that we can help troubleshoot the issues which you are experiencing.
