HP QC JAM Plugin Connection Loss

Our JIRA connects to HPQC using JAM Plugin - this is the error message - any pointers ? We have a PROD instance of JIRA already connected and running - this is our future prod instance that we are testing/evaluating

Sorry for the delay, this has been resolved with a firewall rule to allow proxy routing
