I upgraded JIRA from 4.4.4 to 5.0.0, and Grenhopper from 5.8.4 to 6.0.2 (going the way of "Administration > Plugins > Install > Upload Plugin > From my computer", after downloading the greenhopper .jar).
In the GreenHopper configuration, I re-entered our license for 500 users.
JIRA now insists that an upgrade might still be in progress; what have I neglected to do ???
In this case, I suggest you raise an issue at http://support.atlassian.com and attach your latest logs to it as we will need to investigate your issue more carefully.
