Gravatar photos are broken on the board

Hello,

I've been using Jira for a long time, but recently I started having problems with Gravatar images, see the screenshot: https://d.pr/i/j5qMnh

It was ok at first, but recently more than one images stopped working. When I open the image in the new browser window it works fine. The weird thing is that some of the images work fine, and others are broken.

I tried to clear the browser cache but without any luck. I am using Safari on Mac.

Any suggestion?

I am having the same issue in Firefox on mac. Like you, when I open the image in a new browser tab it works. It might have something to do with the 302 server redirect that occurs on the image.

 

Where can one file a bug report?
