Grant Permissinos in a JIRA Permission Scheme

When I grant a permission to the project role "administrators" and the custom group "eqx-users":

Does a user has to belong to fulfill both constraints or will it be sufficient he fulfills only one of them?

As long as the user belongs to at least one of those options (the project role OR the group), that user will have the permission. No need for the user to be in both for it to work.

I do suggest that your permission schemes be based solely on project roles. Then in those project roles, you would add users or user groups. In my opinion, it's easier to organize users and permissions that way, but you can take whatever approach is easiest for you. :)
