Google App Integration No option to use google account

I have configured my JIRA environment to use Google App Accounts making sure to follow all the directions described in the documentation. When users go to the log in screen either directly or through the Atlassian OnDemand link in Google Apps there is no option to use a google account.

How do I fix this?

It seems there was a hiccup between the Crowd engine and GApps integration. A restart to the Crowd engine fixed the problem.
