Given the Agile flavor of Jira (and GreenHopper) there should be a Vote Against" button, too

Currently in the detailed Issue view there is a Vote link sporting a Thumb Up icon to vote for an Issue. But this leaves (Agile) Thumb Sideways and Thumb Down voters sharing the "non vote".

This should be fixed so that Thumb Sideways people don't vote but Thumb Down voters have a say in the outcome by being able to "Vote Against" an Issue.

Or perhaps a radio button instead:

o Thumb Up

o Thumb Sideways (default)

o Thumb Down

Anybody else think this makes sense?

Hi,

There's already a number of feature requests regarding posted on http://jira.atlassian.com.

Among others:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-756

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-9099

I suggest you vote those up and maybe leave a comment, but given that the first request was made back in 2002 I wouldn't get my hopes up. Maybe a plugin like the Jira Survey Plugin could give you what you want though
