I've gone in and setup LDAP and have successfully imported my users. When i go in and configure my email and then click to test my email handler, it tells me that the users cannot create tickets. They are both part of jira-users. What am I doing wrong?
Creating tickets requires a different permission in the project. Checkout Create Issues permission under https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Project+Permissions
Check if the user has that permission.
