Github pull requests not shown

Using Github with JIRA Software 7.1.10 I'm currently observing the following problem: the Github account as well as the epositories are correctly linked and branches or commits are correctly shown in the development tools section within the issue view.

However, pull requests won't show up, even after full synching the corresponding repositories or even de- and reactivating them. There's no hint within the logs that would point at a problem regarding the DVCS connector. Anyone else experienced a behaviour like that?

Cheers,
Thorsten

We just switched to a new Jira instance and now have the same problem as well.  It was working correctly with the old Jira and I'm using the same configuration on Github, so I assume the problem must be on the Jira side.  HAs anyone resolved this problem?

I think I'm getting a similar issue where the Merge requests aren't displayed, however mine are appearing randomly after several hours (over night in some cases). It's really odd. Did anyone figure this out?

Unfortunately we haven't ever figured it out.

I spent an hour on the phone with GitLab support yesterday. I know your issue is with GitHub, but GitLab uses the DVCS connector as GitHub so hopefully this helps you as well. Apparently it is a known issue and they have a planned fix for GitLab Enterprise, currently slotted for 11.9.

Here's the link to the issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/8659

Hopefully they are looking at a similar fix for GitHub for you as well.

Hi all, did they find out what the issue was?

We do have exact same issue. No root cause or solution just yet

The only log entry that "might" relate to this, reads as follows:

[c.a.j.p.d.sync.impl.DefaultSynchronizer] Postponing post webhook synchronization. It will start after the running synchronization finishes.
