Getting weird message when trying to create ticket?--"Simple Value Statement"

When I am create a ticket with the 'Initiative' type--I am receving an error message: "Simple Value Statement: Simple Value Statement is required".

Can someone tell me what is going on?

Hello Cameron,

I'm Assuming that Simple Value Statement is a field, you need to fill it with the information necessary in the issue creation screen since this field is set as required.

Your project is set up to require a value in the "simple value statement" field that one of your admins has added to it.

You'll need to fill it in, or talk to an admin about how to get it on screen or making it optional.
