Getting the error AADSTS90015: Requested query string is too long when trying to connect Outlook with the Jira plugin.
Previous suggestion about signing into Jira with a browser using an in private window did not resolve the issue.
Welcome to the community.
This is an error related to the Microsoft side, not Jira
What plugin is used for connecting to Oultook?
Thanks.
This is the Jira for Outlook (Jira Cloud) plugin deployed from Office 365 as an integrated app.

Contact the support of the app vendor.
This is related to their app, it might be know issue on their end.
This is not functionality in ootb Jira.
The community, mostly, can't help in app specific cases.

Would that be the case even though it is an Atlassian.com published app and the legal and support links in the Microsoft Store both refer to Atlassian?
I am just asking for clarity as MS is already pointing fingers back here for support.

But this is not Atlassian Support, but the community where users of the tools support each other voluntarily.
Atlassian Support can be reached via: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

But I still think its an MS issue, if I google using the string;
"AADSTS90015: Requested query string is too long outlook"
I find load of issues regarding MS Teams, ADFS etc.., not just with Atlassian.
