Getting hours per organisation out of the servicedesk

Is there a way, in Jira Servicedesk, to get a list or a report of the time booked each month per organisation?

I can't get it to show up. Eventhough I think it's a pretty common use. You have a timer per ticket in the servicedesk. You book the worked hours per ticket. A ticket can belong to an organisation.

I want to send the organisations a bill for the worked hours each month. Is such a report even possible?

I'm sorry, I don't have an answer for you, because I don't have JIRA yet and am still researching it as an option for my organization.  However, if we were to convert to JIRA for our service desk needs, we would definitely need this ability as well.  Hopefully someone can provide an answer soon!
