Getting error while migrating atlassian cloud to jira server.

Hi ,

We are trying to migrate atlassian cloud-jira to jira server. We have build version 1000.98.4 at cloud-jira and at hosted jira server it is 7.1.8.
We are performing below steps but getting error:

1) Backed up atlassian jira using "Backup Manager".
2) Kept that backup at <jira-home>/import at hosted jira server.
3) Started the application and did basic configuration for database configuration.
4) At hosted jira we are using Restore System option to restore we our evaluation key.

It is redirecting to same page again and again even after acknowledging the version mismatch notice.

Please help.

we clicked next and on next screen we are acknowledging the issue version mismatch and restoration is getting started, but it is again and again  redirecting to page and asking to acknowledge the version mismatch :
