Getting error when trying to send Portfolio Stories to JIRA

Issue

in JIRA Portfolio 
make an epic
make stories
select "Create an link issues"
in dialog, choose "Show JIRA issue creation dialog"
and continue
spinny wheel never completes
inspect the console, and see error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'CreateIssueModel' of undefined JIRA portfolio"

If I try these steps again, without the show dialog box option, the ticket is made.

Hi Dan, Thanks for reporting this - it is a known open issue at the moment, we are already working on a fix and will ship it soon, hopefully with the next maintenance window.
