Getting Could not create necessary subdirectory 'plugins/.bundled-plugins' of jira.home. error

Hi,

I am trying to migrate from one JIRA server to another, where in the version I am trying is on 4.3.4

I am configuring new server with version 4.3.4 & want to move the data from old server to new one.

after that want to upgrade the new server to latest jira.

While installing & starting JIRA service on new server I am getting following error.

"Could not create necessary subdirectory 'plugins/.bundled-plugins' of jira.home"

Can some one help me please...

Your JIRA_HOME folder is probably not owned by the user that is running the JIRA process.  Check folder permissions on JIRA_HOME and JIRA_HOME/plugins ?

Check your JIRA_HOME defined in bin/setenv.sh etc, is also a valid path?
