Getting Bigpicture Warm up after upgrade

Hi ,

 

We have upgraded jira and bigpicture. Upon clicking on bigpicture, we get bigpicture is warming up that all. Page keeps up showing. An error "ops" is being displayed when configuration workflow.

 

Kindly advice.
