When I click Timesheets or Tracker, I get a 500 server error.

On Oct 2nd an answer has been added to the Support issue you created in our Tempo support. Restarting your system was recommended in that answer.
Can you check your email as you should have gotten a notification about this answer. Please check also your spam filter as some emails handle JIRA mails as spam

Same problem here - Tempo is defect for days, already put an issue into your tracker - no response.
