Get transition history of an issue using SOAP calls

Hi,

I am using SOAP client in our .Net application to interact with the JIRA, I have a requirement to get different statuses(transition histrory) of a ticket with its date of changes. Is there any API method I can use to get these details of a ticket? Or if there is no direct method any indirect way I can get these details through the API calls?

our ondemand jira version is 3.12

Hello,

Sorry but this is not possible. Users have to make use of database selects to get those info, and this is not possible in OnDemand Environment.
