I have found suggestions but all are asking to install plugins .

you can use the REST API to query recursively for work logs. But you have to invest time for script coding, that the plugin vendors already invested in their products.

The easy option is to get an add-on.  They've done the coding for you.

yup - best you make a calculation how much it would cost you (your company) to code itself - then you can compare it with the price of a plugin. But don't forget to add the yearly renewal for the upcoming years (depending, how long you plan to use this plugin).
