I keep getting an error saying to contact support when trying to install in JIRA on Demand. ARe there some things I should be aware of prior to the install?

The Gantt OnDemand addon should be already installed on your instance. If it is disabled you can enable it from the add-ons section.
In OnDemand it is not possible to install other add-ons that are not preinstalled as per Restricted Functions in Atlassian OnDemand
