Full page issue creation screen

Hi All,

Is it possible to configure a full page issue creation screen in a specific project? The idea behind it is that I would like to provide a link for it in Confluence. Like this:

....secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10454&issuetype=59&Create=Create
