I am looking for a front end tool that will collect bugs from our different customer facing software applications, and then deposit them in the right backlog so that scrum teams can prioritize and action the bugs.
If you want something a bit more manual or can't add issue collectors, then I'd suggest a look at Service Desk for asking users the right questions and translating them into proper development issues.
