Front End to collect end-user bugs and manage them

I am looking for a front end tool that will collect bugs from our different customer facing software applications, and then deposit them in the right backlog so that scrum teams can prioritize and action the bugs.

If your applications are web-based, have a look at JIRA's "issue collector" functions.  That allows you to inject some javascript, ask the users some questions and have it feed straight into a project.

If you want something a bit more manual or can't add issue collectors, then I'd suggest a look at Service Desk for asking users the right questions and translating them into proper development issues.
