From where we can get training for plugins developement and customisations in Atlassian tools?

We would like to develop some plugins for JIRA and Confluence instance and also, would like to do some customization, could you please let us know from where we can get trainings on the same to enhance our skills.

There are training courses for JIRA and Confluence usage and admin, including off-the-shelf customisation, but they don't go into writing addons or hacking core code.  For those, start at https://www.atlassian.com/resources/training

(That's an answer I would have given if I didn't work for a partner - I can cheat now, and ask a colleague.  But if I were not with Adaptavist, I would be asking a local partner for help)
