From what version of Jira Server & Service Desk is CSAT feature supported?

Is this issue still open? We're anxious for this feature on server. 

Also wondering if this is still open?  Would love to have this feature on the server.

Service Desk Cloud 3.1.0-OD-04

See the announcement at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-46 which puts it in mid December 2015 and with server version still to follow.
