Followed the below URL :
and configured the SPF and DKIM records in our domain settings. The from Email is stil "email@example.com" in the reply going to the customer. Where as it should be "firstname.lastname@example.org" which we have already added in our service desk project.
Also, the domain and SPF, DKIM record verfification was successful as per the method given in the URL.
Please suggest what steps should I take?
