We have got a customer using freshservice but we are struggling to get our cloud Jira integrated with their helpdesk system, as well as Jira isn't processing any email we are receiving from them.
Could you please advise how we can integrate our systems and how I could process email notifications sent from them (I have already included the relevant email addresses into our customer list in Jira)?
