I'm using the Freshdesk an JIRA and the integration is working. But what I cant seem to get working is how to have a Assignee in JIRA that I can select from Freshdesk, for now that spot in the ticket is Unassigned.
I need to be able to select a specific person and not a default assignee. What I need is for my support staff to select a developer ( I have 5 developers ) in freshdesk and that the ticket will be send to Jira with that person the assignee. For my support staff knows what developer best to assign to what ticket, and this should be reflected in Jira too.
