Forward Email - forward wrong mail to sender

I am setting up Mail Service in Jira for automated mail parsing and adding comments to the issues.

I would like to check the possibility to set up "Forward Email" field in the way that sender will get a notification if the mail can't be parsed for any reason (it can be the rules settings) but I can't find any kind configuration that can be used to define this like $SENDER macros or something like that.

are you using Jira 4.4. or onDemand?

Just thinking, you could specify a group email address so that several people get notified and the chances of everyone missing the email are reduced

There are too many people in company and it is a bit complicated to create such kind of groups.

It is just easier to bounce that mail back to the user and he will raise an issue or will recheck his reply.

Quite interesting plugin but it will be too expensive just for mail bounce function :)

We are using Jira 4.4 at the moment and planning to upgrade to Jira 5.2.8 soon.
