Formatting issues with Export to PDF function

loretta rinaldi September 12, 2013

Several issues with this feature: 1) task list checkboxes, checked or unchecked, do not display properly, 2) cannot choose portrait or landscape - everything is portrait style, 3) table columns have a mind of their own as far as how they fit on the PDF page.

Can anyone offer some advise on any of these issues. I looked at PDF stylesheets and PDF layout in Confluence Admin, but those do not seem to be what I need for these 3 issues above. Thanks in advance.

What do you want to know about 3) table columns?

I can help you with the protrait/landscape problem.

You will not be able to choose, but you will (at least) be able to change

@page
{

 size: 210mm 297mm; /* Sets the page size */

 margin: 1.5cm 1.5cm; /* Sets the page area for content */

 padding: 0.5cm; /* override default that breaks @bottom alignment */

If you switch the numbers after "size:" you can switch from portrait to landscape (her it is A4)...

best
