Formatting Text in Jira OnDemand

Hi All,

I'm not sure if this feature was removed or disabled from JIRA OnDemand, but I can no longer format the text fields in my bugs, descriptions, comments etc.

I've used JIRA for a few years now, but I cannot seem to get *strong* {color:red} etc to work.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Hi, just to confirm - what text renderer are you using for the text field? The "Default Text Renderer" or "Wiki Style Renderer"? To do what you have said you need to have set the field to use Wiki Style Renderer. This can be done in Field Configurations.
