Form submissions fail to hide the screen in IE8 on WinXP

In workflow transition screens, submitting the form grays out the button and a little animated gif appears, but the screen never disappears. If the page is then refreshed, the data is updated as expected.

Thanks for the reply. I figured out the problem was the Conditions Validator plugin. When I disabled it everything worked fine.

Hi Joshua,

At this first moment is a bit difficult to be sure of what is the root cause to this issue, I'd suggest that you check the following

• Check if this behavior occurs when using other browsers
• Check if it occurs in other computers with the same configuration
• Check whether there is a proxy in front of JIRA. In case yes, test if the same behavior occurs bypassing the proxy
