Form fields are not displaying for just one user.

Strange!.

Our one user unable to see all fileds on create issue dialog, while other users are able to see all fields.

User are in same group and has same roles.

This widget could not be displayed.

Sorry . I got the reason.

As we have hide the button "configure fields " from create issue popup. But accidently user hide some fields this was the problem.

Well, there's no user permission for fields unless you have some customization. Are they viewing the same project and issue type?
