Force ticket status and solution datetime

Is there a way to force project member to SET a ticket status (e.g. accepted) AND forecast a solution entering a date and time?

You can make the field "solution datetime" required in the field configuration.

Statuses are from the workflow. I'm not sure what you mean by forcing a project member to set the status.
