For JIRA Agile Burndown in v7.1.9

Could someone please help us clarify a few things?

1) If we are using a customized worfklow and therefore, added additional columns to match this workflow. Does the burndown chart only look at the right-most (last column - "Done") and as long as the resolution is set to something will it see it as completed?

2) Some users are having issues  with showing "Remaining Time Estimate". We can see it as an active option on the list, but it won't select. Under Estimation for the board, "Original Time Estimate" was selected for Estimation Statistic, and "Remaining Estimate and Time Spent" was selected for Time Tracking.

3) We have some users that are when we're doing doing a burndown, the red line (actual progress) is flat. We're expecting that it should go down as issues are completed since we are measuring Remaining Time Estimate

For issue #2, when selecting "Remaining Estimate" from the list. We can select it, but then it doesn't "hold" it...it'll refer back to the option it had previously (eg. Story Point).  The board configured under Estimation  has "Original Time Estimate" was selected for Estimation Statistic, and "Remaining Estimate and Time Spent" was selected for Time Tracking. Did we miss anything in the configuration?

1) Yes, that's pretty much it - the right-hand column matters.

2) I don't understand what "it won't select" means.  The settings on the rest of it seem good, I just don't grasp the problem

3) Are the issues they complete a) being put in the far-right column, and b) having time estimates?

For #3, Is the "Remaining Time Estimate" based on the manual and/or calculated (using the log work) entry?
