Flowdock plugin no longer available after latest OnDemand update

We recently began using the the Flowdock plugin that was avilable on JIRA OnDemand. However, after the recent update to JIRA OnDemand, the Flowdock plugin is no longer available. We've tried to enable the plguin but it no longer shows up in the list. According to the OnDemand Plugin Policy, Flowdock should still be available. Is this a bug with the latest update or has support for the Flowdock plugin in JIRA OnDemand been removed?
