The first thing I would check is whether the connection from JIRA to FishEye is still available. Can you go to Administration > Plugins > Application Links, and see whether there is any expection (Ie. JIRA Seems to be offline. Click here to relocate).
If there is no exception, I would suggest to refresh the FishEye cache, via Administration > Plugins > FishEye Configuration, and locate the link 'Refresh Cache'. Click on the 'Refresh Cache' links (there's two, one for Crucible Review and the other is for FishEye Repo).
Lastly, just to understand the situation, what is your FishEye and JIRA version?
