FishEye/JIRA view SVN source problem

cicik cicindol July 17, 2012

Hi,
in my company all files in SVN repository have properties "svn:mime-type=application/octet-stream"(to avoid SVN silent merge during updates of conflicted files).
But when I configured Fisheye repository, I can not view source code in FishEye(only Download revision XXX button).
Can I somehow configure FishEye to show source even for this files(or some plugin,...)?
Thank a lot

Hi Cicik,

There's a bug report related to FishEye 2.7.10 here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-3921

Basically this bug report says that this problem occurs because FishEye will treat the file as a binary if it has been binary or a directory anywhere in its ancestry. Maybe this could be your case.

Cheers,

Leonardo.

There is also a JAC for that on Crucible to treat a binary file as a text in a review:
