Followed installation instructions per:

Search under 'Install Plugins' and a search term of 'bonfire' yields 'Go2Group synapseRT...' and 'Zephyr for JIRA'.
Also, notification says 'A newer version of the Universal Plugin Manager is available Update now!' - the link does nothing.
Both issues occur under Firefox 3.5.16 and Chrome 22.0.1215.0, 64-bit Linux.
Lastly - customer timezone on support form is missing timezone GMT +09:30 - with an Australian presence, I would have thought Atlassian would have heard of South Australia & the NT ;-)

Thanks for contacting Atlassian Support. I reproduced the error on my machine, and we are talking to our internal team on getting this updated.
In the meantime you can access the Bonfire plugin page here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.bonfire.plugin, and find the download link https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.atlassian.bonfire.plugin/version/46 under the version number on the right margin of the page.
To get you going, you can install this plugin manually by clicking on the upload plugin button on the Manage Plugin page in JIRA, and navigating to the jar file downloaded in the link above.
You can follow the same steps to update the Universal Plugin Manager https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.upm.atlassian-universal-plugin-manager-plugin.
I've also logged a ticket to add in the GMT +9:30 timezone as well. :)
