Our bug tickets start out in the Status "New". At some point they are confirmed and move to the Status "Confirmed". Eventually the bug fix is completed and the ticket moved to the status "Done".
I want to find all tickets that have spent more than a certain amount of days between the status "Confirmed" and "Done". The clock should start as soon as a ticket is moved to "Confirmed".
Is this possible to do with JQL?
Hi @Roland Weilbacher ,
You can use Enhancer Plugin for Jira for this requirement.
It has custom fields called Time between and Time in status custon fields that measures the time spent between two statuses/ events. You can also see drill down information based on assignee and you can search issues against Time between field in the issue navigator.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Gokce
This requires a plugin. There are several in the marketplace. Search on "Time in Status"

Yes, it is true
@Roland Weilbacher Lools like app Time between statuses can help you. This add-on calculates status to status time and lets set time limits. So you will be able to monitor time data and overdue issues on time between statuses report.
