Filtering with Changed option on ranks

I want to do a filter like this:

project = PROJECTS and "Rank" changed BEFORE endOfWeek() AFTER startOfWeek()

Is that possible?

Too bad, but indeed kind of expected that.

So let me rephraze the question.

I am looking for a filter that gives me the issues for which the rank has changed. :)

I don't think that's possible without a plugin (and I wouldn't know which), but if something comes to mind I'll repsond here...
