Filter to show results for Projects in which I am in any role other than User

I would like to create a filter that shows the following results:

Issues for projects for which I am a member

IF role is NOT User

I want to do this because our default practice (out of my control) is to add all employees to the User role so that anyone can see into the JIRA Projects.

However, I would like to show my active JIRA users just the projects that they are a part of WITHOUT having to create and keep up to date a filter that lists individual projects, but instead, is smart enough to know which projects you are part of (except when you are only a User)

Thougts?

Issues for projects for which I am a member - You mentioned all your users have visibiltity to all your JIRA projects. So basically you are a member of all projects.

JQL: project in projectsWhereUserHasRole("Users")

IF role is NOT User

JQL: project not in projectsWhereUserHasRole("Users")
