I'm trying to run SLA reports, and I require a way to report on issues which have been in, for example, "Status 1, Status 2" > 2d. This needs to be cummulative, as the statuses change frequently as issues are moved between departments. I'm trying to drill down and find the bottlenecks.
Is there any way to do this with filter queries? I've found the "WAS IN" query, but it doesn't have a "FOR" predicate.
