Filter out test Tasks for Closed user Stories

Is it possible to create a filter or a dashboard for my Testers where they can see "Ready to Test" User stories. It would be based on query for Test tasks assigned to Closed / Done User stories. 

In addition it should be within XYZ project 

and XY Sprint

At this time we are spending to much tim on looking individually on every single User story

Yes, you've pretty much answered your own question - you can write a filter for

status = "ready to test" and issuetype = "test task" and project = xyz and sprint = XY
