Hi,
We are using jira software cloud and jira service management cloud.
Due to so many emails mixed in the comments, It's difficult to find the internal comments. Is there any way (plugin or other) to separate or filter the emails and comments from each other.
The plugin "Email this issue" gives a new tab, but it still does not separate the emails and comments.
