Filter currentuser's issues according to custom group picker field

How can I search issue of currentuser with group name based on a group picker field?

currentUser in membersof(customfield_ABC)

Any other JQL that would give the same result is welcome.

in our company we have the same need and we have resolved in first time, using one filters for each group and the problem is we have more filters so it's very difficult to manage all filters.
