I want to set up this plugin for my clients to use for document storage. It looks like a great option. However, when I go to install it, I get a message indicating that my files will be stored on Top Shelf's server. I don't like the idea of my client's critical business information being passed across vendor servers. If I use this plugin, is it true that the files will be stored on top shelf's server (in addition to the S3 bucket that I set up)?
Thank you,
Kevin
Hi Kevin, my apologies for the confusion. That is incorrect. Files are only stored in your own S3 bucket. And in fact, the credentials to your bucket are stored within your own JIRA instance as well.
We don't ever see the contents of your bucket.
Could you point me to the page that indicates files are stored on our server so I can correct the text?
Thanks,
- Anthony
