Field Validation exact text match.

Hi

I'm trying to create a workflow transition that will only be available if a text filed matches the exact text required.

For example if the text in the field said yes it can move to the next stage if it said no or is blank it cannot be moved.

I'm new to Jira and unsure on the expression I need to use for this.
