Failed activation of add-on

We just bought licenses for this ad-on.  Previously we had an evaluation license that expired.  We updated the add-on with the new license and tried to Activate it.  We got the following message:

This add-on failed to enable. Your license may be invalid. Refer to the logs for more information

We tried unistall and reinstall of the addon with the same results.

Hi,

Sorry for omitting the name of the plugin.  Had clicked on the support for the plugin and assumed this would be recorded automatically.

The plugin is catWorkx Push Pull Favourites.  Purchase was done through MarketPlace directly and the mechanism for activation looks the same as other plugins I bought and activated on the same day (e.g. JIRA Misc Workflow extensions).

George, some of the plugins don't use the default licensing method. Did you purchase the license via Atlassian or Vendor? Sometimes we have to engage the vendor in order to address those kind of issues so would be great to know this information in order to better assist you.
