Hi @IMTIAZ SHAIK

Is TLS checkbox checked or unchecked?

Ravi

It seems like connection issue instead of TLS though.

Which type of connection issue?

Your second error message says you're not using a valid username and password pair.  Check the credentials are correct, and have a look at the doc it points you to.

@IMTIAZ SHAIK As @Nic Brough {Adaptavist}  mentioned refer to the google link. It happens with me all the time. Either you need to use google app password or reduce the security level by allowing less secure apps in your google account.

In case you are doing it for testing, try using https://mailtrap.io/ it is a great service that provides test mail servers. They have free account as well.

Ravi

I tried with mailtrap.io but i recieved with error

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:

  • SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

Do you have access to the log files? There will be more details there (hopefully).

Did you try with Google account by following the suggestions in the link?

The most common (but not the only) reason for that error is that the service has been configured to only accept SSL (TLS) connections, but you have set it to use plain text.

So where should to change plain text please describe

@Ravi Sagar yes I used Google account only.

To get SSL back, you need to enable TLS
