Facing issue in application link

Hi

I am using JIRA server I want to create Application links between below 2 application.

1) URL of my current JIRA server https://10.10.10.102:8088

2) URL of new production server " http://teamc.concerto.in/"

when I am creating link its giving below message.Pls refer attached 2 sceenshot.

when I am clicking on status unavailable its giving message as in first sceenshot
when I click on "troubleshoot this problem" button then it gives "Page not found".

Kindly advice.

Welcome to the community!

Since the current JIRA server is running on SSL, you will be required to import the public SSL cert from the current JIRA server into the new production server's JAVA truststore. 

You may follow the steps from this KB article to achieve this :

A restart is required after importing the public cert for the changes to take effect. 

Alternatively, you can also create an unproxied application link following the steps from this article:

For Application links to work your both instances must be visible/accessible from each other.

In your case it seems '10.10.10.102' is your local IP and not visible to 'team.concerto.in'
